TENNIS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Tennis Annual General Meeting
will take place at the Winchester Tennis & Squash Club
on Thursday 20th May 2009 at 7.30pm
All tennis members are invited to attend and all those who are
present, including junior tennis members are entitled to vote.

- Coaching
- The Chairman's Report
- Elections for 2010/2011 in accordance with paragraph 5 of the
Tennis Sub Committee - Terms of Reference:-

board)
- Any Other Business, including any motions proposed by members
of which 7 days prior written notice has been given
Nominations for Elections (Item 4) and notice of any motion
which a member may wish to propose (item 5) should reach the
General Manager, in writing by 7.00pm on 13 th May 2010. All
nominations and any motion should be proposed by a tennis member
and seconded by another.
