Our tennis courts 2&3 underwent a rejuvenation process this
week. High pressure air equipment was used to jet out all the
existing sand and debris that has accumulated in the courts
since they were laid in 2006. The process also lifts and separates
the fibres in the carpet. Fresh sand was then applied to the courts
- note that the courts will appear very sandy initially but this is
intentional and allows for the sand to be worked in to the carpet
as the courts are played on.
